The Code of Ethics establishes the commitment of acting in adherence to the Principles and Values of Grupo Carso S.A.B. de C.V., as well as in adherence to the applicable legislation. To regulate the anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies, the rules and methodology established in the applicable pronouncements of the applicable anti-corruption laws have been taken into consideration, including, but not limited to, the Law against Corrupt Practices of the United States (United States of America´s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, or FCPA) and the Anti-Bribery Law of the United Kingdom (UK Bribery Act). The utilization of any the resources of Grupo Carso S.A.B. de C.V for any purpose that is illegal or contrary to its Code of Ethics is strictly prohibited.
