Grupo Carso, S.A.B. de C.V. (GCARSO) informs the investing public that as a result of the offer presented last August 22nd by its subsidiary GSM-Bronco, S.A. de C.V. for "Turnkey work to drill and complete development wells for PEP's onshore fields", on September 7th, Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) informed that the result was favorable to us, for a minimum amount of USD $196,050,000 (one hundred and ninety-six million and fifty thousand dollars 00/100). Works to be developed between September 2021 and December 2023. The start of the works is subject to the signing of the respective contract.
